本当に実現していただきまして，ありがとうございました．

さっそくフル活用しております．

macOS で，キーボード環境設定＞ユーザー辞書のタブを開き，『入力』と『変換』の一覧表のところに，ダウンロードした .plist ファイルを drag and drop して，しばし待ちます．
iCloud で同期されれば，同じ Apple ID を用いている iOS デバイスでも変換できるようになります．
