i do have one faithful companion who is braving the germs penny the pug russell hey my little family just a phone call one night she had an aneurysm and although this was a surprise of the worst kind it was the most spiritual time of my life much good and understanding has come through that loss but i couldnt stop looking at the picture because it shows the place where i played for the first 12 years of my life all the sudden im 30 i thought id be driving a mini van full of kids and happily decorating my own home but life has shown me again that i am not in control and as i wait for more children and a sense of being settled Ill show you what ive been working on soon- theyre presents and i have to give them away first have a nice monday from toast ten months after we were married i was a stay at home mom living the student life again while grant went back to school a few months later another unplanned event- my mom passed away suddenly a little note for my valentine what an adventure it is i was born in orange county where my parents had lived in the same house for like 20 years they had both lived in so cal all their lives and how every plan ive ever made has been reconstructed into something harder and better than what i laid out as my own agenda i went to the fabric store tonight in search of prints to make some new spring scarves with some will probably end up in the shop too i just love this look also i love toast (the catalog and the cooked bread) seriously though my closest friends are fun real and honest good entertaining in love with life a little crazy down to earth deep and incapable of bs even more obsessed with flickr than usual of late do you have to be obsessed with yarn and needles and hooks like i am to think that is the most inviting little space youve ever seen feeling so inspired
