DTXCreator 022: No playback with English/German locales
DTXCreator 021 works fine on the same computer.
The bug is probably related to the following entry of the 022 release notes: "Fix to be able to use English resource correctly. (release 021 dosen't have it)"
DTXV.exe from the 022 directory can be started without Exception. But it does not seem to do much when started this way.

On a Windows7 desktop with German locale I get the following exception when trying to use the playback ("play from start"/"play from current position") buttons.
The Exception message is German and can be translated as:
I have no clue what that is supposed to tell me. At least I can simply skip this Exception and continue using DTXCreator.
