Advanced Web Statistics (AWStats) is a free powerful Web server logfile analyzer (Perl script) that shows you all your Web statistics including visits, unique visitors, pages, hits, rush hours, search engines, keywords used to find your site, robots, broken links, and more. It works with both IIS 5.0+ and Apache Web server log files as a CGI and/or from the command line. It also supports around 40 languages.

This release includes a complete rewrite of update process and code to read/save history files, a bugfix when using several tags with different offset in LogFile name, and a bugfix for a problem where creation of directories with CreateDataDirIfNotExists was made with 0766 instead of 0666. New features include the ability to track detailed minor and major version for browsers, a bandwidth report for robots and errors, support for DNS cache files for DNS lookup, plugins support and several working plugins, and the ability to use a framed report.
