I have an old mingw gcc - (MinGW.org GCC-6.3.0-1) 6.3.0.  The web site https://osdn.net/projects/mingw/ says
that the latest release is 9.2.0.

How do I upgrade?  Is that the correct web site?

When I download and run the installer, it says that gcc is still****@6*****.

To be clear, I do not want msys, cygwin, or any Unix utilities - just the new C compiler.
