Office365 is a brand to subscribe office as a (monthly) service instead of a lifetime licence usable in your browser, smartphone or desktop.
Office for Desktop(which NetOffice supports) is part of that "365" subscription.
long story short: Office365 is a service subscription to use office on desktop, smartphone and browser.
The good old origin MS Office for Desktop is part of the "365" subscription. (The Desktop Splash screen is confusing i guess.)

Thank you for your quick reply.
I am using NetOffice to create a plug-in for outlook on a pc (MS Office for Desktop).
The plug-in reads a mail-template and create an email based on this template.
The plug-in worked fine for a long time. But now we are using MS Office for Desktop with an Office365-subscription and it stopped working.
Could that be a problem with NetOffice?
