といったURLでは、wgetやcurl等によるスクリプト化がとてもしづらいのです。

たとえば
https://github.com/foo/bar/archive/pg_bigm-1.2-20161011.tar.gz
のような形でリリース物をダウンロードできるようにしていただけると助かります。

良いプロダクトだと思いますので、githubに移したほうがコントリビュートも集まりやすく、知名度があがるのでは？
（いまさらsourceforgeにこだわりがあるのでしょうか？）

返信ができておらず申し訳ありません。

手間などを考えてgithubにはまだ移行できていないのですが、一旦、githubにミラーレポジトリを作成しています。
https://github.com/pgbigm/pg_bigm

このgithubのミラーからであれば、以下のようなURLからソースをダウンロードできます。
https://github.com/pgbigm/pg_bigm/archive/pg_bigm-1.2-20191003.zip
