0.8と0.9のDiffを取ったのですが、ほとんど内容が一致しておりリリースに書かれている誤り訂正バグの解消も反映されていないようです。

確認してみたのですが，qrcode 0.9のリリースファイルの内容に問題は無いようです．

具体的には，src/jp/sourceforge/reedsolomonディレクトリが追加され，QRCodeDecoder#correctDataBlocks内の誤り訂正処理にはこのディレクトリ内にあるRsDecodeクラスが使われるようになっているはずです．

申し訳ありません。こちらの確認間違いでした。
私はてっきりsrc/jp/sourceforge/eccフォルダのクラスが引き続き使用されているものかと思いました。
