Version 0.6 is a new release of IDSgrep for 2021, meant to show the flag, demonstrate that the package is still maintained - it hasn't had an update recently because it didn't need one, guys! - incidentally update some bundled stuff to the now-current versions, and fix whatever packaging problems I can fix, in preparation for the imminent and much more exciting Tsukurimashou 0.11 release.
New things in version 0.6:
* use of Tsukurimashou's Icemap system for generating the wide-character lookup table;
* bundled CJKVI database upgraded to the 6 February 2019 version, which is current as of March 2021;
* updates to build system to use the latest version of some M4 library code, work better in full-standalone builds, and so on.
