README-SOURCEFORGE-JP

Although I'm checking this project into Sourceforge.JP's SVN system, my
current plan is to continue maintaining it primarily in my own space
and periodically synchronize the SF SVN with my private SVN. This is
because my private SVN contains some things (such as Unicode charts) that
are useful in development but that I can't share for copyright reasons.

The practical consequence: you should not check things into
Sourceforge.JP's SVN and expect them to really become part of Tsukurimashou!
If at some point it becomes appropriate for persons other than me to make
modifications to the code (which is not currently expected), we will sort
out how to make that work, when it occurs.
