At present, almost all of the alphabet is using default locations for accent anchors in the GPOS table. As a result, some accented letters don't really look very good. We should review all the anchor locations for the mainline Latin alphabet and make them as good as reasonably possible, with special attention to distinguishing different accent classes. Vowels are most important because of usage, but ideally this would apply to all letters.
