Univalent GNU/Linux

We'll reorganise the UVGL repository.

Most of the packages in "universe" will be migrated to "chaotic-aur", and the other packages and "main" will be integrated into "univalent" repository.

Therefore, please re-set "/etc/pacman. conf".
