Update Quake code to use new wimage abstraction
The :p36.waddle.quake package is missing a lot of its main functionality because it has not yet been updated to use the p36.waddle:wimage class yet. This should be updated.
The code in :p36.waddle.quake now uses Waddle's wimage system to handle textures and montage generation. However, the changes still need to be thoroughly tested.
