windowsで以下のようにコンパイルエラーになります．
MAKE Version 5.2 Copyright (c) 1987, 2000 Borland
Error makefile 7: Command syntax error
Error makefile 8: Command syntax eeror

A.
Borlandのmakeが実行されています。
WideStudioのmakeが先に実行されるように、PATHを書き換えて実行して下さい。
PATHの通ったディレクトリに同じ名前の実行ファイルが複数あった場合には，PATHの前のほうにあるものを実行します。

wsbuilder の「プロジェクト設定」->「リンク」のところに、make コマンドのパスを指定するところがあります。
こちらを設定することで、gcc の make.exe を直接動作させるができるので、C:\Program Files\WideStudio\gcc\bin\make.exe というように，makeコマンドのフルパスを指定してください。
