It is generally ad hoc and making difficult to maintain related code. In addition working Canna for Windows requires additional proprietary code. Even if we ported Canna to non-UNIX system again, the implementation would be far from Canna for Windows anyway. * lib/canna/*: New compile time switches "USE_MALLOC_FOR_BIG_ARRAY" and "CODED_MESSAGE" are introduced.
