• GMT: April 22, from 15:00 p.m. to 22:00 p.m.
• EST(US): April 22, from 11:00 a.m. to 18:00 p.m.
• PST(US): April 22, from 8:00 a.m. to 15:00 p.m.
• CST(China): from April 22, 23:00 p.m to April 23, 6:00 a.m.

During these hours, you will be intermittently unable to use the following features.

• Project Web hosting(*.osdn.io and *.osdn.jp): You won't be able to view Project Web or upload files.
• File Storage feature: You won't be able to upload files.
• File Release feature: Due to the effect that the mirroring interruption has on global mirror network , there will be delay in mirroring files uploaded during the period above.

It will have no effect on viewing OSDN.net site (include Project page), downloading files, and using ticket feature and source-code repository.
