I use MinGW to build GnuCOBOL binaries for Windows. I have not been able to get MinGW updates since about July 28, 2023, which is over 3 weeks now. When I check "uptime.com" it says osdn.net is only up 20% of the time in the last 24 hours. The best I can get is a page https://mingw.osdn.io/index.html?page=download.html which says the URL cannot be resolved, that osdn.net is transferring to a new hosting provider.
