In the "Known Bugs" section on the Exerb project page in Japanese, the 
author saids,

  Known bugs in Exerb 2.6.7:

  Ruby/Tk, Ruby/Gtk, and Ruby-GNOME2 cannot be used.
  These libraries are currently unsupported.

I don't know if this situation has been rectified since then but I'm 
afraid it's not.

Yuya-san, is this still the situation? If so, I recommend putting 
this info on the English page of the project also.
