Ticket details:
This is not a feature of gtk3.22-client to port, but something new to gtk4-client (will look to porting back to gtk3.22-client later). One who is used to getting help about the techs in the techtree by right-click, expects that right-click on worklist would bring up related help dialog as well. Let's make it true.
