There are also cases where a "ground" or "naval" flag would be useful, like the following:

Actually there was no cases where "Naval" would be the entire set, to either direction, so it would still not help without ORing stuff. And instead of ORing Ground & Naval, we just check for NOT PRESENT Aerial.
