This release adds a new storage system for repository data,
better integration with Mac OS X,
a new format to save playlists,
and support for reading and writing song ratings to tags.
It has some incompatibilities with previous versions, so it’s recommended to save all
your playlists before updating,
then load them again with the “Load M3U” option in the playlist menu.
The application will also reload all your repositories to use the new storage system.
This release fixes the following issues: some Substance L&F skins were not working; inability to sort or shuffle a newly created playlist; problems with the accuracy of the progress bar; showing incorrect, incomplete tags with System LAF; application unable to play in Linux using a desktop other than Gnome or KDE; ID3v1.1 tags not read if no valid ID3v2.3 tag was present (a Jaudiotagger problem); and an issue with loading UNC resources from an M3U file.
