This release adds WavPack support, a local access
to the CDDB search, and a log window. Various bugs

You can force the saving of tags even if no changes have been made (useful to quickly convert tag encoding). A switch was added in the configure script to disable id3lib. A bug when saving the file order setting was fixed. There are various fixes for the Windows version. The French, German, Spanish, Hungarian, and Czech translations were updated.
