A bug that caused errors depending on localization (country settings) was fixed. This caused dots and commas to be mangled when used in countries where a comma is used as a decimal separator. The macros SEEK_SET, SEEK_CUR and SEEK_END to EDFSEEK_SET, EDFSEEK_CUR and EDFSEEK_END were changed. It is now possible to write a file with zero signals/channels, and which contains only annotations.
