A new layout is used for the setup dialog. The
timeout specified on the setup dialog now takes
effect upon a new connection. HP calculator flags
are also backed up and can be restored after a
restore by pressing VAR and then running FLAGS on
the calculator. The first test with an HP48GX
emulated by x48 were successful. The Xmodem
protocol is not supported anymore.
