incron is an "inotify cron" system. It works like
the regular cron but
is driven by filesystem events instead of time
periods. It contains two
programs, a daemon called "incrond" (analogous to
crond) and a table
manipulator "incrontab" (like "crontab").

fixes a bug related to event names. Instance
locking has been implemented (only one incrond
instance allowed). Configuration has been
introduced (including custom cfg. files). Waiting
for child processes has been rewritten to avoid
race conditions. New implementation for command
line arguments has been incorporated. Users can
request reloading their tables now.
