Minor feature enhancements
Now everything (SDL and sdljava) is included in the release. GNU/Linux users do have to install SDL, but for Windows users, the SDL runtime environment .dll file is included. It's all clickable. First run the runconfig program, then the rundaemon program (shell scripts for GNU/Linux and bat files for Windows).
