management system focused primarily on Cisco and

This release corrects a minor but show-stopping bug that prevented Observer from correctly adding discovered interfaces to the database. It also removes some old debugging output from the poller.

compatibility.
This release adds VLAN features for Cisco devices, scripts to check for interface errors, extraction of current interface rates from RRD files, better syslog usage, and email notification for device reboots. There are many code cleanups, discovery improvements, and Web interface fixes.
