RTK (Ruckus Tool Kit) is a high-performance,
Perl-based, dynamic, content-generation system. It
provides a nearly transparent bridge between
HTML-based code pages and traditional CGI-based
systems. It has been designed to automatically
take advantage of existing systems, such as basic
CGI, Apache's mod_perl, FastCGI, and SpeedyCGI,
but does not require such systems for
high-performance optimization.

A concurrent mail-queue processor and manager was added. Two RTE example apps were added, Signup and Captcha. Many changes were made to the RTK::Web parser, including Content-Type modification as well as binary output form RTE pages. A fork management library was added. A mail management library was added. include() was fixed to correctly propagate variables all the way down through embedded included pages. Database access support and many more changes were added.
