tex-upmethodology provides a complete set of LaTeX styles that permit you to write documents according to a UP-based methodology. Its major features are document history, task management, design and specification documentation, and helping tools. tex-upmethodology is officially supported by CTAN.

The "book", "report", and "article" options were added for the upmethodology-document class. Newly added macros include \prname, \drname, \phdname, \scdname, \mdname, \pename, and \iename. The default document font in style extensions may be overridden. The footnote macros were fixed to allow you to put any character as id. \setbacklayout was renamed to \setbackcover. \makebackcover was added.
