项目描述

transcode is a text console video-stream processing tool. It supports elementary video and audio frame transformations. Some example modules are included to enable import of MPEG-1/2, Digital Video, and other formats. It also includes export modules for writing to AVI files with DivX, OpenDivX, XviD, Digital Video or other codecs. Direct DVD transcoding is also supported. A set of tools is available to extract and decode the sources into raw video/audio streams for import and to enable post-processing of AVI files.

The code was updated to be in sync with lastest
FFmpeg API changes. The FFmpeg requirements were
bumped. transcode now needs a recent snapshot of
FFmpeg to work. (Snapshots between r13582 and
r15261 are known to work; later versions are
untested.) An avilib x86_64 portability problem
which caused avifix problems was fixed. Static
linking of libavcodec is now definitively
unsupported.

Some typos in the documentation of filter_modfps, filter_yuy2toyv12, and the man page were fixed. The af6 module now compiles with the latest avifile. NUV code was backported from HEAD and build problems were fixed. Experimental support for x86_64 was added, though x86 is preferred. filter_pv is now only built if HAVE_LIBXV is set. Compatibility with the header layout of recent versions of the ffmpeg library was achieved. libpostproc support now requires a newer layout. LZO version 2 is now used.

aclib was made more silent. tcxpm2rgb was speeded
up. The ffmpeg export module RGB was fixed.
libmpeg3 detection was improved using libmpeg3.
NUV is supposed to work only on x86, so this
constraint is enforced in configure. A latent
segfault in export_dv and export_dvraw was fixed.
export_ffmpeg now properly encodes in h264 again
using recent libavcodecs. export_ffmpeg no longer
improperly mangles output filename if it is
"/dev/null". avilib indexes initialization was
fixed, which solves some segfaults when closing.
fame initialization was fixed. V4 ioctls are used
in OSS import modules.

Improved detection of MPEG streams: hard-coded defaults are not used if the sequence header has incorrect data. IM filters are compatible with IM 6.3.x with HDR. Pixel access is improved. The old GTK 1.x requirement has been dropped. Compatibility with libmpeg3 1.7 is improved. Compatibility with newer ffmpeg libraries is improved. There are trivial warning reduction fixes. Encoder flush for the xvid module has been implemented. There are tcxmlcheck input basic sanity checks.
