UnrealIRCd is an IRC daemon whose key features
include full SSL support, Trojan protection, a
spam filter, advanced flood protection, and WebTV
compatibility. It is a highly stable and
feature-packed IRC server daemon.

This release includes a few important bugfixes and comes with
several new features, including CGI:IRC host spoofing, time
synchronization, NAMESX, and more. This is a recommended
upgrade.
A new spamfilter target, "warm", was added. The
following character sets are now supported for
nicks: Danish, Belarussian-w1251, and
Ukrainian-w1251. More translations and bugfixes
were added. Problems concerning gcc4 were fixed.
This version includes numerous changes to the remote include
system, spamfilter fixes, and other fixes. Also, a couple of new
changes were made to the spamfilter system to make it more
useful along with a spamfilter.conf that contains signatures for
some common exploits/trojans/worms that appear on IRC.
