Y Object Database Adapter (YODA) is an
environment for creating and running network
accessible applications. It can permanently
store objects of any type and complexity, and
supports attributes of most types (with the
exception of only a few Python types, such as
thread locks). It can be extended with YODA-
server applications, and an application
compiler and loader are provided.

ys has been improved and the internal format of the application/extension files changed. yc can now be used to compile YODA applications, extensions and classes. yl is now aware of differences between yoda/class, yoda/extension, and yoda/application. Some miscellaneous bugfixes have also been included which affect all applications.
