Transparency2 is modified as version 2.1.0
You can take it from :

In this patch.
Lisp functions are modified. Add frame object as optional arguments.
(set-(in)active-alpha alpha &optional frame)
Parmeter check routines are added.
Although non-highlighted frame, inactive-alpha value is reflected
immediately

Lisp関数に、オプション引数として、frame を指定できるようにしました。
(set-(in)active-alpha alpha &optional frame)
パラメータチェックルーチンを追加
ノンアクティブのフレームの透明度も、直ぐに反映されるようにしました。
