Indeed.  They aren't listed in the "pkgspec" file, so don't get
included.  Perhaps I should revisit that, although I guess there aren't
many MinGW users who bother with, or care about, "info" files anyway.

Also omitted, but present in the source archive, is the GCC Install
manual, which may be of interest to those who want to build and install
GCC from source.
