Open source edition of Mass++ didn't contain some functionalities including peak detection because of patent. So we decided to develop new peak detection plug-in using free peak detection tool: PeakPickerWavelet of OpenMS. The plug-in is planed to release as first product developed by Mass++ Users Group.
