てい例外を捕捉し、何か後始末をするコードを実行するだけです。
となっています。
自分なりに理解した所では、「try-except文とtry-finally文は別
々に使われることが多いけど、混ぜて使わなければいけないことも
ある。」といった意味だと思いました。訳文は however や need
が利いていないように感じられますが、いかがでしょうか。
