Ubuntu 5.10 (Breezy Badger) already has Ruby-GNOME2-0.13.0 in its repositories. To install the complete set of bindings, you will simply have to enable the universe-repository in /etc/apt/sources.list and to install the meta-package "ruby-gnome2".
It is possible to install the up-to-date Ruby-GNOME2-0.14.0 bindings, too. To do so, you will have to add the following line to /etc/apt/sources.list:
deb http://ubuntu.hob-bruneck.info/ breezy/
The packages are available for the i386 architecture.

The Ruby-GNOME2 bindings in Ubuntu 5.04 in the meantime are a little bit outdated (version 0.11.0). You can update to the current bindings (0.13.0), if you add the following line to /etc/apt/sources.list:
deb http://ubuntu.hob-bruneck.info/ hoary/
The names of the packages are as usual (libgtk2-ruby, libgnome2-ruby, ...). You can install all of them at once selecting the meta-package "ruby-gnome2".
To install the bindings it is necessary that the Ubuntu universe repository is accessable.
At the moment the packages are available for the i386 architecture.
