Hey guys,

The problems as noted by Chris are fixed in rev. 1472.
I also extracted the string clean up methods into a separate file
so that it's easier for others to add conversions for mis-encoded chars.
This file is in:
framework/tool/gen_bridge_doc/clean_up.rb
