No (unfortunately) it doesn't automate the mirroring process (yet). Because RC doesn't have that much commits. So I'm just using git-svn locally so I can also merge any pull requests. But I think that creating a simple webservice to automate the process of: receiving a post commit email/ping, git-svn rebase, git push shouldn't be that hard.
