Import issues?
There no way to import tickets from another system. Mainly because we can not convert user information from another system to OSDN because of no way to mapping them, so Ticket submitter, owner, comment poster etc. can not import to the OSDN ticket system.
I'm not expecting submitter, commenter usernames, etc. to be imported; but can the issue description and comment text be imported somehow? Even with just a CSV file or something as the input? It doesn't need to be automatic given just a project URL or anything.
No. we do not provide any tools, web UI etc to import tickets. By the way, you can write thoese kinds of the tool via our rest API.
Is there an import feature to pull in issues from another hosting service, or from a CSV dump or something?
I am looking to migrate a Bitbucket project with a Mercurial repository and list of issues, both open and closed, and would like to know what features are available for importing old issues. I am not able to find information about issue import on the help pages.
