I felt that we can place this live-cd instructions page as http://tomoyo.sourceforge.jp/1.8-tmp/centos-live.html (i.e. without using 1st-step/ subdirectory) since we'll use only 2 or 3. Then, we can remove "TOMOYO Linux Website" icon from the LiveCD's desktop and links in "(appendix) More information" section because we already have links to the top page.
