In French, the window menu is showing:

Fichier Editer Configuration Contrôle Fenêtre Aide

There is 2 problems:

F shortcut is used twice: "Fichier" & "Fenêtre". This is causing the Alt-F to not open the Fichier selection as in the English version (File).

Contrôle and Configuration have no shortcut defined compared in English which is set correctly (Setup and Control).
