4MLinux is a miniature Linux distribution focusing on four capabilities: maintenance (by using it as a system rescue live CD), multimedia (for example, for playing video DVDs), miniserver (using the inetd daemon), and mystery (meaning console games).

This release can be run as a live CD/USB or can be installed to a hard drive. It includes Midnight Commander 4.7.5.6, Links 2.5, MPlayer 1.0rc5, Opera 11.61, ClamAV 0.97.3, and many others. All 4MLinux applications have been compiled under Slackware 13.37 (x86/32-bit/SMP).
