The --environment and --resolve options were
added. Numeric port names are now allowed as
service names. inetd now creates a PID file. rcp
supports the -V option. rshd and rexecd switch to
the user's home directory after authenticating.
rlogin supports XON/XOFF without needing -8.
syslogd now can disable forwarding. talk allows
8-bit ASCII. telnet is not subject to certain DNS
spoofing to foil Kerberos authentication.
