OpenGTS (Open Source GPS Tracking System) is a full featured Web-based GPS tracking system for fleets of vehicles. It supports OpenLayers and other map providers, detail/summary reporting, and various GPS tracking devices.

Additional GPS device parsing servers were added. A French localization was added. The German, Italian, and Spanish localizations were updated. Support for UTF8 character encoding was added. Support for "Geonames" reverse-geocoding service was updated. Log file rotation is now supported. Various bugs were fixed.
Latitude and longitude display formats may now be
configured. The calendar's first day of week can
now be set to Monday. Google KML support was
integrated. A Turkish language translation is now
included.
Many new features. Initial support for GeoServer (via OpenLayers) to support custom ESRI shapefiles. Better ACL control. Additional yellow 'arrow' pushpins indicating GPS direction. Support for expandable menus. The map auto-update feature now supports re-centering on a new GPS location without changing the current zoom level.
GPS location "replay" pause now supported.
"Replay" and Geofence "recenter" are now supported
for Google Maps (updates are provided for
OpenLayers and MS Virtual Earth). "Delete
Confirmation" is now implemented for User, Group,
and Geozone deletions. Calendar bugs were also
fixed.
This release adds a new GPS map pushpin "Replay" option to allow point by point playback of a vehicle's travel. "Update Map" and "Auto Update" buttons can now be accessible on the map page at the same time. The maximum Geofence size has been increased to 30000 meters.
