The Portable Transport Relay Translator Daemon
(pTRTd) is used to translate TCP sessions between
IPv4 and IPv6, allowing hosts with only IPv6
connectivity to access the IPv4 Internet. This
implementation of RFC 3142 uses a self-contained
IPv6 stack to allow for full portability to any

Linux 2.2.x is now supported. ptrtd was changed to attach to the host using an Ethernet-style "tap" device rather than an IP-style "tun" device. Also, several bugs were fixed that could have caused crashes in 0.5.0.
