Compile support was added against xosd 1.0.0, which has the previously distributed patches rolled in. The daemon code now works with recent twisted versions.
A 'daemon' has been added to aid in the display of multiple messages without them overlapping each other. Some example modules for battery status and volume control are distributed too.
A bug when using a readline-enabled interactive interpreter has been resolved, and the modified xosd makefile should now be free of errors for those of you who don't have XMMS.
