Reverse Utils::TCP-over-HTTP/CGI is useful for
connecting to hosts which are reachable by a
Webserver you have access to, but not reachable by
you. It allows you to use any host you have Web
and CGI access to as a proxy for TCP connections.

(breaking HTTP standards) to get closer to compliance
with the protocol for Sockets Over HTTP (SOHT), and
begins work on UDP support.
This release adds documentation (FAQ and USAGE), an option to choose between HTTP GET and HTTP POST, and an option to allow the client daemon to bind to either all addresses or just the loopback address. The daemon has been changed to bind to only the loopback address.
