Wikepage is a very small wiki/blog/personal site
builder. It uses flat files as a database, so no
extra database is required. It has i18n support,
multi-language site support, password protected
pages, table support, CSS styling, file upload,
RSS output, and a lot of other features.

An unnecessary edit confirmation box was removed while retaining safety. File upload support was adjusted to upload a maximum of 1Mb of file data instead of only 122Kb (1Mbit). This restriction can be adjusted from index.php. An important URL filtering bug which affected versions since 2006.1 was solved.
