Excuse me, but readline is for runtime and readline-devel is for compile time.
Most systems have readline installed but few systems have readline-devel
installed.

If you are about to rewrite tools-doc.html.en , now is a good chance to kill

htdocs/1.8/ssh-recording-cmdline.html.en .

OK. I added ccs-patch 1.8.0p3 without removing ccs-patch 1.8.0p2 .
